Because each piece is unique, all sales are final, and I don't accept returns or exchanges because you've changed your mind. Please review the product description and photos carefully before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. I’ll review the issue and work with you on a reasonable and appropriate resolution. Because most books cannot be replaced with an identical item, the resolution may be a refund rather than a replacement.
Orders may be canceled only before they've shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be canceled or redirected.
Refunds, when approved, are returned to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
