Handmade Exposed Spine Mini Sketchbook - Dark Botanical

Black paper covers printed with vintage botanical illustrations: white lilies, passionflowers, tiny mushrooms, and plum and orange blooms twining along leafy stems. The spine is hand-sewn with black thread in a cross stitch pattern and finished with antique bronze beads. Charcoal paper hinges run along the spine. Inside, you’ll find end papers lined with ornate vintage borders in charcoal and bronze, like a row of antique book spines.

144 pages of white sketch paper in a book about the size of your palm. Use it as a pocket sketchbook, a travel doodle book, or a tiny grimoire for your familiar. Small enough for a coat pocket, a purse, or a very organized altar.

No two books in the bindery are exactly alike, and once a book is gone it won’t be made again. The book you see in the picture is the book you’ll receive.

This Book Is Great For: Dry media like pen, pencil, charcoal, and fountain pens. Quick sketches, sigils, spell notes, tarot pulls, and keeping track of whatever your familiar knocked off the table today. This paper doesn't like getting wet and a splash will make the pages warp. Soaked, the paper itself will start to break down. The binding will hold up fine, but the pages won’t stand a chance.
